📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance, efficiency, and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise within the department.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing a department effectively.,Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
