📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.,Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of vehicle schedules and maintenance needs.,Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and insurance requirements.,Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and usage.,Work closely with the mechanics to ensure timely and effective repairs.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles when needed, including negotiating with vendors and managing the delivery process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
