📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and resolve any conflicts or grievances.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll.,Support the HR team in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
