📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT knowledge management system using tools like Confluence and SharePoint.
• Create and update technical documentation for software applications, including user manuals, API documentation, and system architecture diagrams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to ensure all team members are up-to-date with the latest technologies.
• Identify and implement best practices for IT knowledge management within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize technical information from various sources.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the knowledge management system, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our knowledge base remains relevant and valuable.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members, addressing their queries and concerns related to IT systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT knowledge management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with knowledge management tools and platforms such as Confluence, SharePoint, or similar.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
