Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of design projects.,Create visually appealing and effective graphics for various marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.,Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design projects.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate new ideas and techniques into the team's work.,Review and provide feedback on the work of junior designers, helping them to improve their skills and grow professionally.,Manage the design process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Contribute to the overall creative direction of the company, helping to shape the visual identity and brand image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.,Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and abilities.,Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Creative and innovative thinker, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
