📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training materials.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by conducting training for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Certifications in training and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
