📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Control inventory and manage supplier relationships.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational and sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
