📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the claims process from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.,Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for process enhancement.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the claims team.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support to policyholders.,Collaborate with the underwriting and risk management teams to assess and manage claims risks.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in claims management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management or a similar role in the insurance industry.,Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes, procedures, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
