As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our operations and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring that they are motivated and productive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Managing a team of professionals and ensuring that they are motivated and productive.

Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.

Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.

Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Ensuring that all financial targets are met.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with local laws and regulations.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum.
