📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage a team of store staff, providing training and development opportunities,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective restocking strategies,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers,Maintain a clean and organized store environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
