📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate our delivery fleet, ensuring timely and efficient food delivery.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure timely food preparation and packaging.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Use navigation tools like Google Maps and Waze to optimize delivery routes.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members using WhatsApp and other communication tools.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer feedback.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience in delivery operations, preferably in the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of local traffic and delivery routes in Bali.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for delivery purposes.
• Familiarity with navigation tools like Google Maps and Waze.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy food packages.
