📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the department operates in a safe and compliant manner.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that all projects and initiatives are completed successfully.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to improve departmental performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of departmental operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the industry.,Ability to travel as required for business purposes.
