📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.,Support the HR team in HR analytics and reporting.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
