📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of employee salaries and benefits
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies and budgets
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging industry
• Proficient in Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia) and familiar with tax regulations
• Strong knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
