📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety standards and quality control measures.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Manage and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Source and purchase high-quality ingredients to maintain consistent food quality and cost-effectiveness.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain proper documentation.,Collaborate with management to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to optimize profitability and minimize waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, and ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international culinary trends.,Possession of a relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus.
