📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee benefits administration.
• Handle legal matters, including contract negotiations, legal documentation, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR and legal affairs.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR and legal strategies.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of integrity and compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR and legal matters.
• Monitor and report on HR and legal metrics to ensure the effectiveness of HR and legal practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and legal affairs, with a strong focus on labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR management or legal affairs is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
