PT Widya Ratu is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in Medan. This is a hybrid role, combining remote and in-office responsibilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve branch targets and KPIs.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to company-wide initiatives.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with financial management and compliance requirements.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.
