📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets and grow revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to the team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and learn from other professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or management role within a retail or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
