In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashier team, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the cashier team to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.,Handle customer transactions accurately and promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve their performance.,Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and effectively.,Monitor and report on cash handling and inventory levels.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of the bakery's products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail or food service environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using cash register and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of bakery products and processes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,High school diploma or equivalent.
