Bright Royal Nusantara is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in similar roles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet management.,Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party service providers, such as fuel suppliers and maintenance vendors.,Conduct regular audits and inspections of fleet vehicles to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.,Provide leadership and guidance to the fleet operations team, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.,Manage and optimize fleet budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high levels of service.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet services with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize costs.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
