📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide first-line technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the IT environment by implementing and enforcing security policies.
  • Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
  • Coordinate with other IT team members to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to improve our IT infrastructure.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
