📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from employees and managers.,Implement and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Maintain accurate records of training programs, participant attendance, and program evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
