📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate law or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and commercial law.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
