📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the poultry processing plant, ensuring efficient and safe production.
• Maintain and repair all machinery and equipment, using tools such as SAP, SAP PM, and SAP QM.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize plant performance.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to reduce waste and improve sustainability.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and staff on best practices and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure the plant's compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including HACCP, ISO, and GMP.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant engineering, with a focus on poultry processing and food manufacturing.
• Certifications in SAP, SAP PM, and SAP QM are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and GMP standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proven track record of improving plant efficiency and reducing costs.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Bali.
