📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify and attract potential candidates.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful hiring and onboarding processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
