In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and consultative selling techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and a passion for helping customers find the perfect products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product availability and delivery.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends, products, and customer needs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
