Sentral Dian Computer is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in identifying and contacting potential customers.,Support the sales team in preparing and presenting product information.,Follow up with leads and provide updates on product availability and pricing.,Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
