📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality food.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards.
  • Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain food safety and quality standards in accordance with local regulations.
  • Manage and control the restaurant's budget, including staff wages, utilities, and food costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
