📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and training.,Participate in sales meetings and conferences to network and learn from industry experts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
