Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Coordinate training and development programs,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Maintain accurate HR records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics industry,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and local language,Experience with HR information systems and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
