Camp Home Sejahtera is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lab Technician to join our team in Madiun. As a Senior Lab Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our test results, and providing technical support to our healthcare professionals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses, including but not limited to blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic tests.,Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures and quality control guidelines.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Preparing and maintaining laboratory records and reports, including test results and patient information.,Providing technical support and guidance to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other laboratory staff.,Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to improve laboratory operations and procedures.,Assisting in the development and implementation of new laboratory protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lab Technician in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, and to meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant laboratory software and information systems is a plus.,Valid certification or license as a Lab Technician is preferred.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory procedures.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.Experience with laboratory automation and robotics is a plus.
