📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and production targets.,Monitor and analyze production performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and timely delivery of products.,Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions to production issues and bottlenecks.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in production planning and scheduling.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in the EMS/Semiconductor industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving production efficiency.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
