📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of site workers, providing guidance and support.,Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.,Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.,Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and meets client expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.,Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
