📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and receiving of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse staff performance and provide training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with the production team to meet production deadlines.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
