📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Inspect and maintain building systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building systems.
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Proven experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as ServiceMax or Workplace.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
