• Visit clients to collect loan payments and resolve payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of collections using KMOB's collection management system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely repayments.
• Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their concerns.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Report collection activities and performance to the team leader.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
• Good understanding of financial products and services.
• Familiarity with KMOB's collection management system.
• Valid SIM and motorbike for field work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within Sidoarjo and surrounding areas.
