📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers to collect overdue loans and negotiate settlements.
• Document the recovery process and maintain accurate records using our in-house recovery system.
• Collaborate with the collections team to ensure a coordinated and efficient recovery process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Analyze recovery data to identify patterns and trends, and implement strategies to improve recovery rates.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in loan recovery.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recovery policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the collections department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in loan recovery, collections, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and lending practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with our in-house recovery system is a plus.
