As an AR Specialist, you'll be responsible for monitoring and collecting outstanding invoices, reconciling accounts, and providing financial reports. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and financial health. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month, along with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and track accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve collection processes
• Manage client communications and follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Provide financial support and analysis to support business decisions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar roles
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
