📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
• Monitor and review financial processes to identify and mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Develop and implement control procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on internal control activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal control, financial auditing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.
• Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
