📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction and development projects in Bali, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of project managers, site supervisors, and other key personnel to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Monitor and analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build our brand and reputation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to ensure our projects are completed using the most effective and efficient methods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the construction and development industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Strong understanding of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Ability to travel frequently, including to remote project sites.
