📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with local farmers to provide technical assistance, training, and resources that enhance their agricultural practices.
• Coordinate with government agencies and private sector partners to develop and implement agribusiness projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of agribusiness projects to ensure they meet set targets and goals.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for agricultural products and promote them to potential buyers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, government agencies, and private sector partners.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress, challenges, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and other events to promote agribusiness development in the region.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in agribusiness to ensure the continuous improvement of project activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agribusiness development, agricultural extension, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, market trends, and business development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with agribusiness software such as Farm Management Information System (FMIS) or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
