📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and optimize high-layer PCB layouts using industry-standard tools such as Altium Designer and Cadence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PCB designs into final products.
Implement and troubleshoot advanced manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency.
Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in electronics manufacturing.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
Work in a 12-hour shift schedule, ensuring continuous operation and maintenance of production lines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with a focus on high-layer PCB processes.
Proven expertise in using PCB design tools such as Altium Designer and Cadence.
Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, including PCB fabrication, assembly, and testing.
Certification in relevant manufacturing standards and quality control practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
