📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online store on Shopify, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance product listings and drive sales growth.
• Manage inventory levels, process orders, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide excellent customer support to address any concerns or queries.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices, and implement new strategies to enhance our online store.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, such as GDPR and Indonesian data laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce platform administration, preferably with Shopify.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
